Terms of service

These are the terms that apply when you use this website or hire Premier Passports to expedite a passport, visa, or related travel document. They are written in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, call us and we will explain it.

Who we are

Premier Passports is a private passport and visa expediting and courier service. We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Department of State or any foreign government. Every service we offer can also be obtained directly from the government at the standard government fee, without paying our service fee. What you pay us for is hands-on help, error checking, hand-carry courier service, and speed.

Fees

There are two kinds of fees in every order. Government fees are set by the U.S. Department of State, a foreign consulate, or another government body, and are paid to them. Service fees are what you pay Premier Passports for our work. Our service fees are separate from and in addition to government fees, and government fees can change without notice because we do not control them. We will always tell you which is which before you pay.

Processing times

The timelines we quote, such as passports in as fast as 4 to 7 days, reflect what we regularly achieve, but final processing is done by government agencies and consulates whose workloads and rules change. Processing times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, courier delays, incomplete applications, and government backlogs can all add time. If your travel date is close, tell us before you order so we can recommend the right speed and be honest about what is realistic.

Your responsibilities

Expediting only works when the application is right the first time. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and genuine documents. Government forms you sign are your own statements to the government. If an application is delayed or denied because information was missing, inaccurate, or supplied late, that delay is outside our control. We will still do everything we can to help you fix it.

Approvals are the government’s decision

Whether a passport or visa is issued, and for how long, is decided solely by the issuing government. We prepare, check, file, and track your application, and we hand-carry documents where that is possible, but we cannot guarantee that any government will approve an application or issue a document by a particular date.

Shipping and documents

When documents travel to or from our offices, they move by traceable courier services. Once a package is in a carrier’s network, its handling is subject to that carrier’s terms. We recommend keeping copies of everything you send us.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by our payment processor, and card numbers never touch this website’s servers. Because much of our work, filing, courier trips, and government fees, is spent early in the process, refunds depend on where your order stands when you ask. If something has gone wrong, or your plans change, contact us right away at (469) 567-8789 and we will work out a fair resolution with you.

Limits of liability

Our responsibility to you is limited to the service fees you paid us for the order in question. We are not liable for the cost of missed trips, non-refundable tickets, or other losses that follow from a delayed or denied application, since final decisions and timing rest with the government and the carriers.

This website

The content on this site is provided for general information about our services and about the passport and visa process. Requirements change, so always confirm current rules with us or with the issuing agency before you travel. Links to government and third-party websites are provided for convenience, and those sites have their own terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one that applies. Continued use of the site or our services after an update means you accept the updated terms.
