How we use your information

We use the information you give us for one purpose, to deliver the service you asked for. That means preparing and expediting your passport or visa application, creating shipping labels, taking payments, answering your questions, and following up about your order. We may also use your contact details to reach you about the status of your application.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Information is shared only with the parties needed to complete your service, for example government passport agencies, foreign consulates, shipping carriers, and our payment processor.

Payments

Card payments made through this website are processed by our payment processor over an encrypted connection. Your card number is sent directly from your browser to the processor and is exchanged for a secure token. Full card numbers never touch this website’s servers, and we do not store them. If you pay by Zelle, that transaction happens inside your own banking app and is governed by your bank’s terms.

Cookies and local storage

This site keeps things light. We use your browser’s local storage to remember your language preference, English or Spanish, so the site loads in the language you picked last time. Employees who use our internal tools receive a sign-in cookie that keeps them signed in on their device. If we enable basic analytics, it is used only to understand overall site traffic, not to build profiles of individual visitors.

You can clear cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings. The site will still work, it will simply forget your language choice.

How long we keep information

We keep order and application records only as long as we need them to complete your service, meet legal and accounting requirements, and answer follow-up questions about past orders. When information is no longer needed, we dispose of it.
